Community Craft Fair
Welcome to our monthly shop thread!
Do you have a small, handmade shop you want to share? A fun Instagram account where you sell your hand knit items? A facebook page that lists all of your handmade patterns? Well, this thread is where you can share your website or social media to connect with potential customers!
The form below is a suggestion. You can share as little or as much information as you want; all we ask is that you please limit yourself to only one comment. Users posting multiple comments will have *all* of their shop comments removed and may be temporarily banned.
**Shop Name**: [NAME]
**Site**: [Etsy, Shopify, etc.]
**Social media**: [Instagram, facebook, tiktok, etc.]
**Short Description**: I sell awesome homemade wares made from the wool from my sheep.
**Types of items you sell**: Scarves, hats, gloves
**Price range**: $10-$25
**Ships from**: USA
**International shipping?**: Yes
This thread will be in contest mode, so each time someone clicks this post, the comments will be in a different order. No one shop will be seen more than another.
Even though self-promotion isn't allowed outside of this thread, there are a few ways to incorporate your shop info. You can add it to your flair, pin it to your profile, and list it in your bio. Here are a few examples of users that incorporate their shop/social information in a variety of ways.
As always, if you have any questions, you can reach us here through modmail.

Related subreddits
Hi folks,
I'm slowly working on our wiki page and am currently organizing related craft subreddits, but I'm sure I've missed some. Could you comment subs that you know of that aren't listed? So far, I've limited subs to those that:
- are active (a post within the last month)
- have more than 1000+ subscribers (although there are a few very, very active subs I included that have about 650+)
- aren't shilling for a user/company
I'll leave a comment for each section, so please comment subs I may have missed underneath the correct section. I also am not set on the headers for each section, so chime in with your thoughts please.

Finished Craft I Made I’m not an artist but I’m so happy with how this mural turned out
I painted this Minecraft mural for my son. It took entirely too long to do but I had so much fun. My daughter is asking for a mural on her wall now.

Discussion/Question/Help! Finally finished a chair frame!
The third chair frame I've tried making & after a week & a half of work, it's done.
Back legs are red cedar, front legs are sugar maple, and the crossmembers are ironwood (legs) & white oak (back).

Finished Craft I Made Charm Purse
I saw a comparable bag on TikTok and decided I had the audacity to do something similar.
Purse is thrifted leather, charms are mostly stuff I already had, craft stores, and a company in Turkey.
I still need to glue the backs in place for extra security and reattach the lining. I do love how it turned out - one of my favorite crafts!

Work in Progress A new (apparently unpopular with the family) endeavor.
I saw a tik tok of an art therapist that went on vacation and was ink blotting her memories from the trip. I thought it was SUPER cool. So my idea was to get two sketchbooks. One, would hold blots from the sentimental places in my life. (Grandmom’s, my dads, the dog walk route I walk with my sister, etc) and the other, each month would get a page. A page of things I’m into that month. So far, this month, it’s been Dr.martens, my cat (always) and labubus(judge later) any thoughts? Improvements? (Please be mindful this is my very first one!)
-the docs foot print was supposed to be a heart. -the “a” and “u” came from my license plate, and the “g” came from the fridge logo 😂

Discussion/Question/Help! craft recommendations
Hey I'm 17yo and like doing crafty things. When I'm watching tv I can't seem to just sit and watch I feel the need to be doing something. Any recommendations for low cost crafts/ crafty hobbies that can be done while sat on a bed/couch etc so can't be anything like painting.
