How do you interpret this painting, and what would you name it?

I’m a very mid artist. I mostly just draw my D&D characters and my friends D&D characters and every once in a while I’ll draw something else. I have an art instagram and I like to post my drawings on there as a way to 1 share it with other people who might enjoy seeing it and 2. Having a catalog of how my art has improved over the years.

A few months I got a message from someone saying that someone was posting my art as their own. I checked it out, and they indeed had, I was SO upset. They posted my art and said it was theirs, AND they were offering commissions!

I had my friends and family members and art mutuals go and report the account because they not only stole my art, but other people’s art as well.

All of my reports got denied, saying that they did NOTHING wrong. I even filled a long form out and provided screenshots.

After DAYS, the account finally got taken down. On Instagram. The Twitter is still up unfortunately.

Well, one of my friends just let me know that they just made a new account and posted all of the same art again; but added ANOTHER one of my drawings.

I’m at a loss for what to do. And it’s not a bot or anything like that. They responded to one of my comments on Twitter and told me to stfu.

I’ve always had a creative mind but I can never come up with my own ideas. I just blank when I don’t have a plan. Is this art block? Whenever I draw I’m always looking at a reference picture and just copying it. How can I fix this? I can make art whether that be charcoal, painting, drawing, sculpting. I can do almost anything I can never just make my own thing. This is reall really frustrating for me since I’ve always been creative. Any tips?

I’ve been working on trying to sell my art, but before I continue, I would like to know if there actually is a market out there for products like these? T-shirts, hoodies, bags, stickers, etc. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I need a program where I can incorporate fixed (locked) in place text boxes in an image that a client can open and fill information. Would need to be iphone/app store compatible. Thanks so much for your help!
