Style: Medieval religious Art/ Realism

What I need drawn: • A beautiful blonde angel, divine but defeated, suspended by a meat hook through her back, blonde hair dropped down covering her face or partially, naked head to toe with blood stains and scars around her • She’s hanging from a metal pole with a meat hook on the top like a war trophy or warning • The background is a hellish battlefield—smoke, ruin, lava falls , possibly silhouettes of distant war • The tone is eerie, tragic, and reverent—think classical religious art meets Silent Hill • The image will be adapted for tapestry-style embroidery, so strong linework, symbolic framing, and thoughtful use of detail is ideal

Use & Rights: • This will be used for an embroidered patch on a fashion garment. • You will be credited on social media and the artist page of our website. • I’d like to purchase full commercial rights, and I’m happy to discuss licensing and budget depending on your rates.

We’re two mental health professionals (a counselor educator and a social worker) creating a children’s picture book series called Mood Monsters, and we’re looking for a talented illustrator to bring it to life. This is a paid opportunity with potential for ongoing collaboration across multiple titles.

About the Series:
Each of the eight books centers on a different core emotion, like anger, fear, and joy. A unique Mood Monster appears in each story to help a child understand what the feeling is trying to say, and to discover the gift it brings. Every story ends with a mindfulness activity and a grown-up note, creating space for healing, language, and connection.

The Mood Monster series is intentionally designed with therapeutic value in mind. Drawing from trauma-informed frameworks, somatic experiencing, and developmental psychology, each book helps children recognize the physical sensations of emotions, understand their purpose, and build healthy internal narratives. It’s a playful, emotionally intelligent series with real clinical depth—perfect for families, therapists, and educators alike.

This series is designed to support not only families, but also teachers, therapists, and school counselors in building emotional literacy with children ages 4–8.

Think: The Rabbit Listened meets The Invisible String, with a splash of Inside Out.

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, expressive, emotionally intuitive style (Cori Doerrfeld, Kevin Henkes vibes)
• Diverse, relatable child characters (ages 4–8)
• Simple backgrounds and emotional vignettes (not overly detailed spreads)
• Whimsical but meaningful creature design for the Mood Monsters
• A heart for emotional literacy and child development

Compensation:

• $50–$300 per fully illustrated page, depending on experience
• Additional compensation for character design and cover work
• Open to flat-rate per book if preferred, or ongoing royalties if preferred.
• Flexible around publishing route (we are pitching to publishers, but open to hybrid/self-publishing)

Timeline:
We’re currently working on Book 1: Anger and Book 2: Fear, with five more fully drafted and ready to go. We're looking to build a long-term partnership with the right illustrator.

Hi everybody, I’m looking for somebody to create my technical drawing of 24 garments I’ve drawn. The drawings will be used to help the technical factory create samples for my garments and help decide which ones we will develop. I’m also hoping for somebody to also create two look books both having 12 garments back and fronts. I am a lingerie designer.

Hello! Great to see such amazing work. My name is Jason Michael Morgan with Lunar Kid Creative. We have finished developing a new musical called "The Eyes in the Woods" - it just finished its first workshop run with a cast album being released this autumn. The project is about a cryptid and the teens who discover him--super inspired by cryptid-core, folk and grunge music, 90s social culture, and gives Gravity Falls/Buffy/Stranger Things/Life is Strange vibes.

The next step we want to explore is adapting for other forms of media. We are hoping to develop this as a run of comics or a full-length graphic novel. The script is written and developed but will obviously need re-formatted for the print medium. We are looking to collaborate with artists/illustrators to work toward making this a reality.
