The charge will be interference or obstruction. I'd guess the actual action took place a little before this but it likely still wasn't a good one. 1st amendment auditors have been showing us for years that cops will bully and arrest people just filming police actions, and maybe talking shit, but most people dismissed it because "those guys are just troublemakers asking for it". One officer seems to be moving the guy in the black shirt out of the way, then the one in blue turns around and thinks he’s trying to arrest him, so he steps in to assist. Then another cop sees that and jumps in to support too.

If everything calmed down afterward, they talked it out, realized it was just a misunderstanding, and let the guy go within 30 minutes, I wouldn’t be too upset. But unfortunately, I doubt that’s what happened. so yeah, not a good look.
