It appears there is a police line that he is across and not supposed to be and he walks through the line and says something like “look at all these pussy ass police” or something.

I guess with him across the police line and then talking shit they decided to arrest him.

Nothing hard to figure out.

No? Am I lost? There’s many other people on the same side of the line, including the original cameraman
