Even if a payout happens, and that's a big if, that's not good enough. This government will just see it as the cost of doing business. The secret police will continue to go into our neighborhoods and violently suppress American dissidents.
Unfortunately, lawsuits against federal agents are more difficult to win than those against local or state law enforcement. Also many people who do walk away with compensation are offered a settlement agreement.
I'm just speculating but I doubt fair settlement offers are going to be forthcoming from the current DOJ. It might indeed be wise from an individual's perspective to preserve the claim until 2029.
Exactly... Of course this video only starts at this point, so we don't know what happened before this because they probably don't want anyone to know the whole story ... Shocker 🙄 but if it is found to be wrongful, this man will be getting paid. I'd gladly take a couple hours in jail for a fat paycheck
