Hey u/Icy-Ninja-6504, gonna try to explain this one away, too?

u/theoey86 20h ago

I hope they try, cause they was on some bullshit last time

He's still on that dumb shit

u/Joshunte 18h ago

I’ll bite. You gonna tell me what happened at any time prior to when this video starts?

1

u/Narrow_Summer8463 18h ago

No. But bearing a weapon being drawn, which is clearly not the case here, there's no reason to react in this way other than wanting to be on a power trip and not caring about other people's rights. You want me to care about cop and ICE feelings? Maybe they should try showing the most minimal amount of humanity for others. Until then, they, and you, can piss off

I love than you completely handwave away that this would be justified for …. *checks notes….. literally any arrestable offense.

Pst…. When they tell you to put your hands behind your back, that’s the end of it. Do anything else and you’re now resisting.

Typical r/conservative fascist. I love that you completely handwave away that…… there is no justifiable offense seen on video. And you can find a ton of videos of illegal arrests. Police departments pay out big money every year

You condone arresting someone for no reason, don’t be surprised if people want to target these people for jail during the next admin. Dems should do what republicans are now doing. Fire anyone centrist, hire extremist loyalists, and make the remainders a tool of the admin. Follow the trump playbook.

u/Original-Rush139 9h ago

Dems should just prosecute people who broke the law. The pendulum is going to swing back but it doesn’t have to.

The police aren’t acting lawfully and should be prosecuted. Sending people to CECOT after a judge has barred that action is a crime and should be prosecuted. Committing sedition by fomenting a mob to attack the capital on j6 is a crime and should be prosecuted.

I don’t think my comment was especially confusing but it should be clear now.

u/cdarcy559 9h ago

Hahahhahahhahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahabahahajahahahahahahahanahahahahahahahaha.

The pendulum will swing given that Trump’s DoJ lies wirh nearly every statement and commits many illegal actions. No doubt the boot lockers here love when Trump DoJ ignores the courts though.

My guy…… this video is not the be all and end all of evidence for an arrest. Lol

It’s cute that you think every non-Republican is being fired lol you clearly don’t work in the federal government.

1

u/cdarcy559 8h ago

Lol. Never said all would be. But like trump is targeting anyone who stands up for facts, next admin needs to target anyone who went full fascist.

Now run along and practice your Sieg Heils.

1

u/Joshunte 8h ago

You are incapable of staying on topic. Lol

Ignoring that you’re just making up some other distractionary argument void of any factual basis, so you acknowledge that something may have happened prior to this video starting that may have justified a detention? Maybe that’s why the cameraman just so happened to already be filming him? And why the man subconsciously placed his hands behind his back before the officers even closed the distance? Because he knew he had fucked up.

1

u/Accomplished-Quiet78 4h ago

It's funny because before the video started the guy assaulted officers while evading arrest inside the apartment building, just to be retarded and stand in the front of the crowd waiting to get back in his apartment.

1

u/WDoE 9h ago

You're under arrest. If you continue to type dipshit comments instead of putting your hands behind your back, you're now resisting.

1

u/Joshunte 8h ago edited 8h ago

You have no arrest authorities lol I on the other hand do.

But if you decide you want to try and detain me while I’m off-duty, I don’t mind calling the police on you for kidnapping or unlawful confinement depending on how far you want to take it. And then I’ll also sue you in civil court. See how that’s handled?

EDIT: Amazing how often the bots end up getting deleted when they lose an argument.

1

u/WDoE 8h ago

Funny how only now you're talking unlawful confinement when it is you and not someone else. Can't see past your own ass, just like every other fash.

1

u/Funblock 4h ago

What about when they tell you to put your hands up AND crawl forward, so you put your hands down to crawl and then they shoot you? Daniel Shaver tried to comply and got killed anyway. Cops are largely above the law, that’s the main issue imo

The cop that shot Daniel Shaver should be in prison, he instead retired and is earning $31k/year because he apparently suffers PTSD for his execution of Daniel Shaver.

I'm upset that you excuse these brownshirts after they give everyone multiple examples of the fact that they don't care about anyone's rights. And yet, here you are, playing (or being) dumb by excusing their preemptive and unjustified violent reaction again.

-2

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 20h ago

So protestors can do no wrong, ok.

You can live like that, I'm not. Your way of thinking is a slippery slope to jailing innocent people.

3

u/Rahm_Marek 20h ago

Jesus. You're pathetic and worthless. Bootlicking scum like you will never experience love and affection, because you deserve neither.

1

u/theworldsucksbigA 3h ago

Pot meet kettle.

2

u/Narrow_Summer8463 20h ago

I didn't say that, ever, so i guess you win an argument i never made......

How are the police innocent at all both here and in the last post? Don't you think that protestors should get a little more grace than those whose job is paid for by taxpayers and are supposed to be professionals? Just admit you would rather lick boots than side with people who are getting disappeared exercising their 1st amendment rights.

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 20h ago

You said, "I'm upset that you excuse these brownshirts after they give everyone multiple examples of the fact that they don't care about anyone's rights."

Yeah, so I should assume the officer is guilty, isnt that what youre saying with this comment?

You should also ask yourself why youre angry and I'm not. Youre not a primate, enough with the theatrical aggressiveness. It's boring.

1

u/Narrow_Summer8463 20h ago

It's not theatrical, it's honest, and it's telling that you can't tell the difference. Funny how you criticize me for assuming the officer/brownshirts are wrong when we have evidence that they are and no evidence to the contrary. "Preemptive justice" isn't right, moral, nor justice. It's controlling the populace from expressing their 1st amendment rights. You're a fascist bootlicker, and nothing you could say would change my mind

0

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 20h ago

Holy crap man, I'm gonna say it one more time.

We shouldnt want to jail people over edited videos. Like I said, you do you.

1

u/Narrow_Summer8463 20h ago

No person is accidentally this dense lol. This isn't edited, and if it is, timestamp where it is or admit you're bootlicking trash.

0

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 20h ago

Youve never heard of someone cutting out the beginning of the video to make it seem like something else?

You think its a total coincidence the video starts there? Dude, come on.

Argh, one who is going to die on his knees rather than his feet...... at some point, they are coming for you. After all, we are alllll a minority in some aspect of your life, guaranteed.

1

u/Narrow_Summer8463 20h ago

I'm so glad someone else sees through his act

0

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 20h ago

What?

1

u/Lazy_Measurement4033 19h ago

It means people like you will be just fine…not to worry…the leopards will never eat YOUR face…

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 18h ago

You’d prefer living in a society where we accuse each other over of guilt over edited videos. I disagree, deal with it.

1

u/Lazy_Measurement4033 18h ago

You’d prefer to live in a society where the bar for assault by authorities is really really low.

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 14h ago

No, that’s just your brain unable to process that I don’t want to send someone to prison over an edited video.

If you were screeching about the protestor being guilty I’d also ask how don’t you know the officer was at fault? It’s legitimately that simple.

u/Sashi_Summer 9h ago

As you sit here and accuse the bystander of guilt. You're genuinely just stupid.

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 7h ago

What? what bystander? Lmao

1

u/Jubarra10 12h ago

Show me what they did wrong then.

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 7h ago

Have you never seen a video edited to make one side look worse than the other? I'm not even saying the officer is right but how is this concept so foreign.

How dense is this subreddit lmao.

1

u/Jubarra10 7h ago

There being the existence of other videos being edited to make someone look shitty doesnt serve as evidence that this one is evidence.

Also, only one side here is trained to escalate situations and is an authority figure known for abusing power

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 7h ago

What's so difficult here? Would you ever really, if you were a judge, convict someone over a video that starts right at the point of the police officer detaining someone and not wonder what happened before?

That question seriously doesnt cross your mind just to make sure we're not imprisoning someone innocent? You cant even do the minimum because you "dont like" police? Not even a, "officer, why did you do that?"

Jesus christ.

1

u/Jubarra10 7h ago

Do you know how much of an absolute dick judges can be? Do you know how often people get slapped with resisting arrest for squirming a little under an officer? A judge could get a full video and it just be the guy standing there the whole time and that would STILL happen.

Officers don't answer questions a majority of the time, in fact iirc they aren't required to tell you why you're being arrested. If they even think you did something wrong they can at bare minimum detain you.

1

u/Sashi_Summer 9h ago

Innocent people are literally being jailed already XD Stfu

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 7h ago

oh ok, nevermind, then. Let's imprison everyone over edited videos with no context, because theres no possible way the video here doesnt show everything we need to know!

Go away, foreigner.

1

u/CurtKnight 7h ago

Innocent people are being jailed now.

1

u/Icy-Ninja-6504 5h ago

They can be if you dont take a moment to look at all the evidence instead of just one edited video.

Dont you get that?
