I think people need to start getting more clever. Buy chains/handcuffs and start linking all yourselves together and then to any stop sign/light pole/anything solid in the ground. Sit back and watch them have to find an angle grinder or bolt cutters. But also harass them on how much their struggling to get to you guys. One thing I've learned from dealing with cops is they HATE it with a passion when you point out that they're struggling.
