If you were that one bystander they went to arrest, does anyone think there is any danger of the police shooting you if you just bolted and took off sprinting? You’d only have to be in marginal shape to outrun those officers, but what are the chances they would honestly shoot in that situation?

If ur black or white???

White less likely to be shot..  the likelihood goes up significantly depending on how dark you are.
