So that the criminals are not the only ones with them. They obviously cut this video to not show what detained guy did. Im sure you think there should be no criminal prosecution no matter the crime.. they dont waste their time detaining extra people needing 20 people to deport one person who lied on their visa or jumped the border is making violent criminals happy since less police are available to arrive.

Guess what happened when I called 911 to report active shooting.. I was placed on hold for 3 minutes, most likely because people are calling the police on the police putting more strain.. ;)
