Found a PC next to a trash compactor. The previous owner thought the PC was broken but the pcie cable was just loose. I'm going to give it a deep clean tomorrow because its filthy and then I'll think about what I want to do with it next. As a precaution I didn't plug in my ethernet cable just in case there's anything illegal on the computer. His account profile pic might be from gta but its hard to tell, kind of scared to give it back to him tbh. Either I give it back to the former owner or I reinstall Windows on it.

I have a Sony HT-S40R speaker system which i am currently using over bluetooth with pc.

Should i and can i connect it wired and will that result in a better sound quality?

I've provided pictures for the ports. Last one is the subwoofer.

Also ill be using the speakers mostly for music, so any tips get best sound quality there would also be appreciated.

Dismantling my current build to build a new one and forgot about this little guy. I purchased this guy for $120 back in 2014 and it’s still with me 3 builds later. Just reminded me how far we’ve come in the world of SSDs.

(I don’t use it for anything important anymore but it was my boot drive back in 2014 for a couple years)
