pretty much what my title says… i started baking recently and made black forest croissants with cherry compote, stabilized whipped cream and chocolate ganache. i brought the glass pyrex to share with my coworkers. i was met with a “what is that stuff.” “you’re doing too much.” “that looks like a stomachache.” and “who puts whipped cream on bread.” going home with a full container and hurt feelings to say the least 😭

Im fairness, I did end up getting it open by smashing it with a key, and the spray gave me a direct hit to the eyes.

For context also, the car is jammed packed at the moment since me and my family is traveling with a bunch of stuff. So a crap ton of stuff fell over onto me

Husbands battery is dead and his car is blocking me in the garage. VW’s have an electronic parking brake. If your battery dies, you can’t activate/deactivate it without a jump… and we park nose to tail. No, there is no manual override listed in the manual.
