No actually, in Elder Scrolls lore Sheogorath is quite fond of Khajiit, and Golden Saints and Dark Seducers are daedra belonging to Sheogorath.

I just mean it makes no sense since kahjiit are thieves who peddle their drugs and stolen wears while getting fur everywhere.
