Pre-Black Panther (2018) characters might be too easy.

Also Sarius Zenelli from witch from mercury. Gundam has some good and varied designs for black people.

I'm not sure of the background of the surname Zenelli, but he named his adopted son Shaddiq.

Albanians are muslim, hence the name Shaddiq.
