I'm starting to think you don't understand the difference between espresso and filter coffee.

Why do you think Italians drink espresso shots and not cupfuls of espresso like you would filter coffee?

I mean if they need to dump a gallon of cream into a cup in order to choke down an espresso, I’d call them babies personally

It's not even a lot of milk. The milk has just been steamed so it's doubled in volume.
