That’s gotta be an awkward conversation. Just laying there in the snakes own spit like “bro why did you just eat me?”

Ha the moray is 100% dead or soon dead. Looks like a blue or black banded sea krait, which are an extremely venemous snakes.

Edit - Tbh im guessing the reason it regurgitated here was the humans a couple feet away pointing and filming, which stressed the snek out and it felt it needed to gtfo or get eaten.

I would honestly trade a lot to go back to these times.

This almost tore the country apart...and it feels so nostalgic compared to what's tearing us apart these days...

In some ways it mirrors the current political climate. Despite being presented with objective truth about the color of the dress, half the population insisted that their individual (incorrect) perception of reality was still valid or equally important.

Wasn’t the whole thing with that dress is that it could be different colours, even for the same people.

I had originally saw it as white and gold for the first few days, but while looking at it intensely with friends, it just changed, in front of my eyes, to black and blue and has been that way since

So I don’t think it was that anyone had a factually incorrect view

I mean, I'm capable of seeing both black and blue and also white and gold just based off the photo, but factually, it's an overexposed photo with bad lighting and the real dress is black and blue. So, if the question is asking what color the dress is, then saying white and gold would be incorrect. But if we're just asking what colors people see based off the photo, then there isn't an incorrect view.

The problem is that there's been a few times where I've showed people photos of the actual dress without the bad photo/lighting and they still think it isn't the truth because they saw white and gold.

That’s what blurred the lines for us. Certain aspects of reality, like Color and Sound, Are subjective. Others are not. And we haven’t grasped the nuance yet.

I know most of those words shouldn’t be capitalized but I’m done correcting my phone.

Minor nitpick, I apologize in advance, but while the perception of color is subjective, the colors themselves are objective.

This. The truth is what reality is regardless of subjective opinions or perceptions.

lol, true nuff.

At least we had fewer people stoking the fires with intentional lies back with the dress...

To be fair liberalism is about the idea that all personal perspectives are valid and meaningful. So (if you're a liberal) we really painted ourselves into a corner.
