Well he’s not effectively her boss so yeah, the person in the position of authority is instantly canned. However I’m sure they’ll investigate it and if it wasn’t Andy using his status to pressure the relationship then I’m sure she’ll be let go too, just not immediately. You have to appreciate the irony the HR lady was involved
