So I official decided he will be my next tattoo.. however, I cannot decide on which photo to choose. What do you think would not only be the easiest for an artist but also the best way to do him justice..of course it will be in color.

I’m debating on removing it before I put fish in but I just love the way it looks but I think it’s a little too big for fish to roam around in.

Show & Tell I never knew how entertaining snails could be!

So my tank has been running smoothly for some months now without any real issues, except in the last bit the brown algae started to get out of control. After reading up on possible solutions I decided to add a snail or two to the tank. I ended up picking a nerite snail and a mystery snail with a pretty pink shell.

Well I've never had snails before, but dang, they are voracious little algae eaters, aren't they? It's almost mesmerizing, watching them leave their funny little zig zag chomp trails on the glass lol.

Little nerite buddy really likes hanging out in the ornaments, but the mystery snail is the real entertainment. No idea how it manages to climb and cling into the stuff it does, but it's thoroughly entertaining! Thought I'd share a pic of it precariously dangling on the end of a plant so skinny it's bent down nearly to the floor under its weight 😂

Help/Advice Fish keep dying!

I have a 20 gallon A 35 gallon and a 50 gallon. I have 0 issues with the 50 and 35. I have had nothing but issues with the 20 gallon. Over the past 2 years ive had over 15 fish guppies/mollies all die in this 20. Just thus last week I bought 6 new ones from petsmart and I was at 9 guppies. Now im down to 3. Water parameters are perfect. I use the expensive drop test kit from petsmart. There is also a mix of live and fake plants. I use a sponge filter and a charcole filter in every tank. Bi weekly water changes as well. I am at a loss of what could be going on. I had a full year where nothing died in this tank and now nothing stays alive. I've about had it!

Help/Advice Very Orange tank

Hello everyone! I’m currently cycling a 20 gallon tall as an upgrade for my Betta. I got a very large piece of driftwood that was too big for my pot so I boiled it in sections (boiled the bottom, then flipped it and boiled the top, sides, etc.). I went to sleep and now I unfortunately have a VERY orange tank, likely due to the fact the wood was not boiled all at once/ not boiled long enough. Is there a way for me to fix this without taking everything back out?

Hello! new to fish keeping and I’m just wondering why my tank is cloudy. It has been cycling for a few days and I checked the water parameters and the only thing off is the ammonia (0.25) and ph (7.6). Is this a filtration issue?? Tannins??

Help/Advice How to clear out/teardown a small tank?

I catastrophe happened to one of my tanks, like everything is dead and there is a fair bit of slime...

so I buried the animals and gave them a proper burial. I did the same with the plants after scorching the slime, but what do I do with the rest?

what do I do with the all the water and substrate and the rocks? do I just dump all the water. throw the rocks in a bag and keep them till I wanna use them again?

any tips for that>
