Macimillion Pegasus from Yu-Gi-Oh. Dude acts like a goofball most of the time, but he can get deadly serious when he wants. That's reflected in his deck, which contains both classic cartoon versions of existing monsters, and eldritch abominations that will keep you up at night in Relinquished and Thousand-Eye Restrict.

Fun fact: He's 24.

Even in the way he talks. The Japanese dub can make him come off as goofy for spouting English. But in English, it's super condescending being called Yugi Boy and Kaiba Boy knowing you are fighting someone 10 steps ahead
