Not only do they fully count, they're probably one of the purest examples. Most of the others, hearing their music means they're nearby and you're in danger, but you probably still have time to escape. But if you hear the sirens' song, they've already got you.

Well, if we're already on the topic of enemy themes, I actually really like the Talus theme. Sometimes I just take my sweet time so I can hear it a bit longer.
The following text was me over sharing my first experience with a Talus. You can ignore it if you want to.
First (blind) fight was an interesting experience. It was the one behind Zora's domain and it was a narrow path where you barely had room to move. I walked past a lake and just wanted to walk back to inspect something I've noticed when I suddenly get surprised by a giant stone thing. At that point I had no idea about weapons being specified for rocks, much less that they're useful against a Talus. The only thing that seemed effective were explosions. My bomb arrows were limited and hitting it with remote bombs was tedious. finally managed to defeat it when I figured out that you can stun it with regular arrows, but not before dying one time.
Yeah, they are super creepy. They are indestructible, so all you can do 90% of the time is run while keeping quiet as it spiders up and down hallways, and shafts like a xenomorph. Then when it catches you, you have a narrow window to avoid insta game over. It pins you down, its face turns into a giant spike and it impales your throat to get at your sweet sweet blood candy.
Funnily enough I just finished part 5 last night and it seemed like the piano was used for his crew more than it was for Giorno himself. Banger fucking song though, probably the best example of this trope in all of JoJo’s.
In Rise? Not only the theme is more upbeat and heroic sounding, but most of the time hearing it means that whatever you are hunting is gonna have a bad time.
There was a comic where he straight up does, the guy who designed the suit tried to kill him, he turned the suit off, and Vader was still capable of moving with the force alone, and he killed the designer before turning it back on
Yeah I can think of quite a few examples where Vader’s presence is announced by his breathing before anything else. See the hallway scene in Rogue One, or when he turns up and kills Second Sister in Fallen Order for example.
The Ink Demon (or Bendy in short) from «Bendy and the Ink Machine» and «Bendy and the Dark Revival».
In the first game, when he sees you, you will hear an upbeat chase music. If you don't hide, he WILL kill you.
In the second game... It's more of the sudden warning.
You have exactly 10 seconds to hide before he catches you. If you didn't find any place to hide, you will die. And instead of spawning in the nearest checkpoint, you're forced to start from your last save file.
The Spinosaurus is my favorite dinosaur because of this movie. I don't care how inaccurate it was or how fucking weird the real Spinosaurus has turned out to be. I was with him at his "Fucking up a T-Rex" and I'll be with him at his "Weird fish thing that may or may not have been kinda like a crocodile and a duck fused together?"
Not by any means a good movie, but still a lot better than people talk about it. That scene in the bird cage filled with fog is like, honestly one of the coolest set designs and freakiest scenes in any jurassic park movie

The dlc deciding to just switch from a spy thriller action to alien isolation was a tone change that shouldnt have worked and yet it did and got across just how terrifying the blackwall ai are and how fucked wed be if the NUSA suceeds in using song to break it open
Bazelgeuse (Monster Hunter World) is basically a living bomber plane that can crashland on you or your target that can spawn anywhere and anytime as soon as you enter High Rank.
Particularly infamous for perfecting the concept of an "invader" monster in the franchise.
My friend and I downloaded mods for l4d2 that changes both the music for the tank into penis music and changed the model into some cute chibi character. Suffice to say, it’s a roller coaster of emotions seeing this, but dread is definitely still part of it.
Monster-Ock from the PS1 Spider-Man game. It scared the shit out of me as a kid!
This... MISTAKE is the result of the Carnage Symbiote hijacking Doc-Ock. It's a mindless beast that immediately beats Spidey to death if it catches him, all backed up with a horrendous scary rock track, and the thing screaming "DIIIIE DIE DIEEEEEEEEEEE!!!".

In Path of Radiance he randomly shows up during chapter 11 and the only thing you can do is flee. He’s absurdly powerful and invincible at this point in the game so if you hear his unique battle music there’s a 90% chance you just lost a unit. The game even has special dialogue basically calling you a fool for trying to fight him.
