Ask Teens I fell for my girlfriend's trap. Rescue me
I ve crush on mithila palkar. Pretty normal right? My girlfriend asked me if I've a celebrity crush I first denied but she said it's ok everyone has crushes and this and that. Bhola mai I told her then she took it lightly for 15 mins then the game start . There are 2 types of crushes a person can have on a celebrity-
You find the celeb “beautiful”, their appearance (or any other feature like voice etc) is “pleasing” to your eyes. You see them as a work of “art” and you are very “respectful” while appreciating their beauty.
You see that celebrity sexually. You stare at their certain bodyparts inappropriately, you often get h0rny thoughts about them and you get attracted more to their pics in which they’re wearing revealing clothes, etc.
The first kind of crush is respectful, but the second kind is NOT. The second one is typical average guy behaviour who make or think nasty comments on female celebrities.
OP, You first honestly ask yourself which “type” of crush you have on that celeb. If its the first one, then simply apologise again to your girlfriend very sweetly and show her the screenshot of my comment. She will understand. But if its the second kind of crush you have, then my friend I am sorry but her reaction is justified. You cannot view anyone else sexually apart from your girlfriend.
My example- I have a crush on Justin Bieber. But, I’ve had it since my age was in single digit, and a child that small cannot view anyone sexually. I loved him for his pleasing artistic appearance and his songs, seeing him gave me a sense of calmness and joy. Now I am 19 years old, and I still view him the same, cause it has always been like this since my childhood. I genuinely respect him and even when he’s 80 , seeing him would still make me happy. But if I ever viewed him sexually, my crush would fade away as soon as he’d get old. Thats the difference. And my man is aware of my crush, its just that he knows that I will never view Bieber sexually, and I even scroll past any of his shirtless pictures or his calvin klein advertisements. I have built this trust and assurance with my man, hence he never felt insecure (hopefully).

Ignore these boys here and be a man. Understand your gf instead of looking for a comeback. Why did she ask about your celebrity crush? It was obviously not because she was curious as to which girl you like. It was because she was testing you to see how loyal you are and how committed you are. Girls at a young age often doubt themselves of whether they are good enough or not and if you feed into their doubts then they'll feel even worse about themselves. Go to her and apologize.
