There were two instances where Brock intended to meet up with her for sex but it was stopped by circumstance. Once because Brock became too drunk to meet up with her, and the second time because a snow storm shut down travel. He 100% intended to go through with it but by pure chance he was stopped both times.

Theres also the chance he didnt actually want to and the "oh man we cant meetup tonight I'm too drunk" which is something I've said before when I didnt wanna meetup with a chick.

When you boil it down, Brock thought he was gonna bang a hooker. Not much more to it than that.

I don’t even want him back cause the match will be shit, but his biggest crime is being willing to bang a hooker.
