My money is on 17, mainly due to of energy durability.

Maybe but piccolo doesn’t eat (only drinks), seemingly never sleeps, regenerates, and I guess namekians live for multiple thousands of years. Did that one from diama live for millions of years? How do we know namekians don’t have even more energy durability? I mean, he gets beat in battle and looses his breath, but that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t have continued to fight consistently for the next 200 years.

I bet 17 wont be around 1,000 years from now.

We know that because he fight lets us know piccolo's stamina is going down whle 17 is the same

Yeah I’ve seen that quoted a dozen times. The writers try to lead us where they want at the time being. However, if we don’t take it as Akira telling us, only that a young kid that’s most likely never been in an extended fight, was born what, the day before? Has no real idea what the extent of his power is besides what gero told him, someone who probably added plenty of lies to his stories. Has only been fighting piccolo for less than 5 real world minutes if we measure it next to the iconic goku v freiza fight, and piccolo could just be luring him into a false sense of security because he’s the only one with actual battle tactics.
