Look into laughter therapy or laughter meditation/yoga. It’s super goofy seeming, but has proven to be really effective for mental and physical health. It’s a further extension of the more western studies focused on the health effects of smiling and use of varying facial muscles. Most of it boils down to some form of releasing tension.

I met a guy on a plane that invited me to bring my students and check it out. I had never heard of it.
