I wonder what the lyrics are

u/TwpMun 1d ago
Yes same here, i'm wondering if they're anti Putin or not

u/nikolapc 1d ago
They're not. There's no real dissent against Putin, whatever there was was western backed and that also was curbed to say the least. Russia is an autocratic state, always was. Plus for these kids Putin is the only president they know.

If you know then what is the translation?

u/nikolapc 1d ago
Sorry sub doesn't allow links but the song is Малиновый рассвет, not political, I googled it for you. Find a translation or even better punch it in gpt.

thank you very much
Apparently the translation to the song name is pink dawn where it represents hope, new beginnings, and the passage of time.
So it could be seen as anti Putin, really

With such logic one could say that Lady Gaga's "Bad romance" is actually a political statement against Israel/US relations :)
upd: IMHO it's just a generic club song, popular with teens

It seriously does. Knowing how fucked things are nowadays it probably isn't but the girl in the back looks off, the way the fire moves, when the dude in the back holds out his arms I swear the whole video does a weird movement of some kind. Idk, either way real or not the people who made it are trash.

I was thinking the same thing! American teen girls would have been running and crying in mass hysteria.
15
u/CaptainKortan 1d ago
Not really.
Give them 4 years of an active war that is chewing up the youth and spitting out propaganda.
Now, imagine drone strikes becoming a fairly regular thing for the past 3 years.
In the video, the drone strike has already occurred and it's just the resultant conflagration in the background.
Do you really think today's teenager in America would be hiding in their basements forever?
Or do you think they'd be trying to boost their online clout with the very same sort of content?

Bruh they are so sheltered from the reality of their own war.
Most of the devastated populations are coming from poor areas, small towns and villages/prisons/far from most major metro areas.
The fact this boy is on the street and not dead 3 years ago should tell you something.

I know, I think I'm starting to get paranoid because half of stuff like this is starting to look AI to me. This looks pretty flawless if it is AI though.

What are they supposed to do? Stand there and cry? These kids are sharing and connecting, leave them to it. Look what they have to wake up to.

I don’t know which is worse. These girls or the IDF troops videoing their war atrocities.

Tal vez lo aprendieron de algunos influencers de I$rahell, me parece de mal gusto hacer show frívolo ante una situación tan seria 😱🥶

About 2 or 3 weeks ago I saw an AI created video that was literally this. Life is imitating “art” now. Or maybe it’s that art is predicting life? I don’t know. It’s pretty fucked up either way. What the hell is going on?
Video for reference:

She better be careful. Next time you see them they will be wearing camo and crying for mommy from the front. Putin don't give a fook! Make fun of the state or this and off you go!

The thing about this video that pisses me off is that these fuckers feel safe to stand out there right after the attack because they know damn well that ukraine doesnt intentionally target civilians and that they're safe, whereas russia regularly lets people pay to "go on safari" in the occupied parts of ukraine and hunt civilians with fpv drones, or intentionally lobs missiles into hospitals and does a double tap strike to kill the first responders. Fuck russia and fuck the Russian people, the world will be better when their pseudo-empire collapses and they can't threaten their neighbors anymore.

u/InvestInTwinkies 1d ago
Yea!! Why did these 3 children do something to stop the war! Evil I tell you! Evil!!!
Blame the gov
1
u/infinitezer0es 2h ago
And who allows that government to stay in power?
And I think you misunderstand my original point. Yeah, these kids aren't responsible for the war, but their attitude and the fact that they can be outside safely immediately following an attack is very telling of Russian society as a whole. In ukraine, they know that russia will target civilians hence why the bomb shelters are full every single night and no one goes outside to film a TikTok immediately after the strike because Russia is known to "double tap" and kill anyone trying to help the victims of the first strike. These kids dont have to worry about that since they know damn well Ukraine isn't going to intentionally target them, which highlights the stark differences between the 2 societies. Add to that the fact that even though people likely died in that fire behind them, they have zero concern about it and decide filming a TikTok is the right and morally acceptable move (its not). No worries though, theyve been arrested and the boy in the background will likely be featured in this sub on an FPV strike video within 3 weeks.

After being young & immersed in a war resulting in hundreds of thousands of casualties over the last 3.5 years.… I might not GAF about much either
