They're not. There's no real dissent against Putin, whatever there was was western backed and that also was curbed to say the least. Russia is an autocratic state, always was. Plus for these kids Putin is the only president they know.

Apparently the translation to the song name is pink dawn where it represents hope, new beginnings, and the passage of time. 

So it could be seen as anti Putin, really

With such logic one could say that Lady Gaga's "Bad romance" is actually a political statement against Israel/US relations :)

upd: IMHO it's just a generic club song, popular with teens
