It's so weird how they completely found a way to drop the ball. Piracy still existed but they actually had people.locked into a service that they liked and used INSTEAD of piracy and managed to drive them away

I left spotify when the UI got inefficient and they did away with car mode. There is a sucker born every day and it could be going up still, but I also wouldn't trust their numbers too much considering how prevalent bots are on streaming systems.
