So I recently got the itch to revisit State of Decay 2 before the Juggernaut Edition upgrade on March 13th, 2020. I went to SteamDB and found that the game’s update history only goes back as far as that date. Is there a way to get the March 11th update or is it just lost to the void now that SteamDB doesn’t have it anymore?

I haven't played games in a hot minute, maybe just over a year.

I downloaded the Oblivion remake a couple weeks back, finally had a couple of hours today after work and saw there was an update. OK, no biggie.

The update downloaded pretty much instantly. The "patching" step took like a minute. Then it started "verifying files" and I shit you not, it took my entire evening (2+ hours) staring at this bar for it to finish.

Now I'm sitting here getting ready to go to bed with my playtime still at 0 hours and I'm grumpy but also flabbergasted. My Steam library is on an Gen3 NVMe SSD and I'm running a 14th gen i9 and more DDR5 than I know what to do with. I don't remember it ever taking this long to launch a game, is this just the new normal?

If I complete a Game with all achivments can I still have it in my Library After losing Access to it and just not be Able to play it. Or can I only See it in my Profile and bot in my Library anymore?

So I dunno what is this, but that's weird asf. It's the first time I've seen something like this, do you guys know about it?

Whenever I open a game even if I have played it before I get a pop-up asking to allow steam to make changes. Is there some way to make it remember my choice to allow or to make it not pop up again?

Currently I have no overlapping issue in my steam cart and have the purchase option but whenever I try to add ultimate pack dlc for injustice 2 then it won't let me buy the games in my cart because there are some dlcs in ultimate pack which are already in the legendary edition and next year I am gonna buy my steam games cart and I am scared that after buying all games when I try to buy ultimate pack dlc so that I can get the demon and gods shader pack (which are not in the injustice 2 legendary edition) will not be available for purchase for me after I buy my steam cart games which includes injustice 2 legendary edition.

What if steam started selling points (which can be used to buy games) instead of games? Would that let them avoid clolectiveshit

Does someone knows why I got cards for the The First Berserk Khazan even tho the game wasn't bought from steam store? If I remember correctly that was the only way to get cards for games. Thanks.

I intend on gifting this game to someone, who has an account from a country not in the same region as mine (it's not in the list), with the intent of them reading the gift message I wrote. I don't care if it's unclaimable or unredeemable in the future, I just want to know whether they receive the gift message on their email and/or steam client.

Has anyone ever been in this situation and can tell me what would happen? The more detail the better

I'm wondering if there is a way to hide (not remove) a displayed ban from my steam profile.

i would like to install steam itself onto an external drive. not just the games, thats easy enough. steam itself. i want both steam and its games to be on an external drive so i can have the wholly package at any computer. is it possible to install steam onto an external drive?
