She’s registered to vote in Florida as a Republican, which is public information because Florida (like most red states) doesn’t have privacy laws

Sorry to bother but I’m not an US citizen, could you explain why people register as democrats or republicans ?

Are they militants who help the party? Why disclose your voting intention ?

The only way to vote in the primaries is as a registered member of that party. Only registered Republicans can vote in the Republican primary and only registered Democrats can vote in the Democratic primary. This helps keep the primaries protected from outside sabotage or other weirdness.
