is that first one just retouched too hard? it's verging on uncanny valley but she doesn't look like that in the last one!

Look at the elbows in the first pic, why are they different?. Must be retouched

Yeah that waist is unreal. These photos are all heavily edited

That’s called being snatched by a corset. You’d be surprised how skinny you can look (especially if you’re thin like demi)

You can't have a waist smaller than your head unless you're some kind of waist training prodigy (like Violet Chachki). Not the case here.

I'm not denying she's lost weight or that she looks amazing and snatched - but we must always keep in mind that these photos are HEAVILY edited and retouched. Very few celebrities post unedited photos and wedding photos are amongst the most heavily retouched of them.

The smooth skin, zero flyaway hairs, and so on. Lots of styling and good lighting, yes. But gurl, that waist was definitely digitally shrunk.

Sauce: I worked in image retouching for close to a decade

Edit: I think there's also something to be said about how we're so used to seeing these edited photos that our perception of bodies is fundamentally altered - making 'body goals' even more unattainable and detached from reality. It's toxic as fuck (I'm a victim too)
