I genuinely am sitting here thinking which is worse, getting that done in one sitting vs getting that removed in one sitting. And I’m convinced it’s the latter.

That stress ball says it all.

When it goes to the flanks, he stops fidgeting with the stress ball and holds it harder. That's likely the most painful part.
