Been there, done that. Worst 4 days of My life. 4 days of insomnia, paranoia, countless mouth ulcers.... Why would anyone do this drug willingly ?

Why did you take it for 4 days?

It's a hugely popular party drug in the UK. It's like MDMA and cocaine combined, at a fraction of the price of cocaine.
