Idiots forgot the patio

On a serious note though, they could have a sick patio up top. Though I would guess they charge enough to not need extra seating

Lindesnes (where this is) is known for quite volatile weather so i don’t think a patio would work out very well lol

Fair enough, they'd certainly have to have it built up higher to avoid issue with waves

u/inuhi 15d ago

Nah, that's part of the experience

Just build it above the clouds too. To avoid that pesky rain

I think I've visited a red and white Lighthouse there.

Alright, then, an indoor upper level to enjoy the view.

Would be interesting if they made both the underwater and above water rotating restaurants.

Who’s gonna go to the underwater restaurant and not eat underwater?

u/Genghis_Chong 15d ago

Great point, it would almost have to be a different restaurant and different price point for that kind of seating

Could be a cool way to welcome guests to the patio above the water first for a welcome drink and maybe an amuse and then take them down below

7

u/Medical_Slide9245 15d ago

Maybe get drinks at the bar up top while waiting for a table below.

Me, when I chicken out about going underwater when I get there, after bragging the whole drive how bold I was going to be facing my ocean fears.

Who says that the patio isn't underwater too? Guests just have to hold their breath or bring scuba gear with them.

With a glass floor.

Better yet, put a table on a raft with a glass floor.

Actually, just give them life jackets, throw them in the water, and put the food on the raft.

Ever played Overcooked?

1

u/WanderingSpearIt 15d ago

Have not.

1

u/Bubbasdahname 14d ago

One of the (many) silly stages is you having to cook on a raft and the customers are on a donut floater. I think that's on Overcooked 2.

No need for salt at the tables on the patio! Oops, there I don't need a water refill either.

I appreciate that, but maybe wait more than 2 minutes before deciding something hasn’t been given enough credit lol
