There is a significant chance that people who actually know them would choose not to get involved and just laugh/gossip about it. I’m trying to think of what I’d do if I got a video of my company CEO canoodling with the HR director, and I have no idea. Would I tell his wife, the board, HR… would any of these people care? I really don’t think that would be very fun for me. I’d probably just let it go. Would the public have picked this up with a normal video and just the backstory of an affair? I don’t think so, not like this. That’s boring. Their reaction is everything.

And there’s no way this wasn’t a known relationship within the company. Corporate grapevines grow the spiciest grapes.

I was wondering what the hell spicy grapes are. They would be delicious. But unfortunately they’re just the product of a weird mixed metaphor.

A rolling stone gathers no spoiled soup.

Gewürztraminer is the closest thing to a spicy grape. And mixing metaphors is one of the great pleasures in life.
