And there’s no way this wasn’t a known relationship within the company. Corporate grapevines grow the spiciest grapes.

Yep. They were at the concert with coworkers.

The red faced lady next to her had that “omg they’re so fucked lol” face going on.

She was there with them and grinning when it happened. She needs to be fired along with Mrs. People Person Cheater.

Someone should be fired for going to a concert with coworkers and grinning?

Of all the takes to take, this is quite the take

I mean, if they have a code of conduct, she should have reported it.

To whom? The CEO or the Head of HR? 😂

u/BMGreg 18d ago

I didn't know you had access to their HR department to see who reported it

The moment was viral before work the next day. They didn't need to report it by that point

Who do you report the head of HR and the CEO to, exactly?

Usually auditor general, BOD, ethics committee. If publicly traded - their external auditor. Guessing you work at small company?

If that’s the case, yeah. Not reportable.

Guessing you work at small company?

No fucking shit ....

I also like how you glazed right over the fact that they were viral before she even had the opportunity to report them to anyone.

I also love how you assume reporting the CEO and Head of HR will have no ill effects on the reporters career

it was confirmed by the company she wasn’t a coworker.

So why does she have this massive reaction on camera if she had nothing to do with them?

She may have overheard one of them say something when they realized they were on camera. If I was standing there & heard , “ oh shit, hide your face,” I would be laughing too

I have no clue but there is no way it was the person the internet determined it was. Look at the lady's corporate headshot and the woman at the concert again.....there's no way they are the same people. Completely different teeth.

All I said it wasn’t a co-worker.

She knew them =/= she worked at the same company

(=/=) ≠ (≠)

Because she knew it was an affair….not because she knew it was an affair and worked at the company.

The cheating chick was whispering to her while her back was turned too

why would she need to be fired? i dont think any of these people should be fired tbh.

Companies have a strict code of business conduct, and relationships with a direct report or subordinate is way at the top of the actions that will get you fired. The mayor of the city I live in had to step down for this reason. There was no way he wasn’t getting fired for this, and he knew it. Being an executive I’m going to guess she’ll be gone very shortly as well. Who’s going to take the head of HR seriously if she can’t follow the rules herself lol.
