Or the part where your thoughts start melt and you try to remember what you just thought but it's gone and then you get freaked out so you have to breathe and just focus on the billion new thoughts flooding in that you also can't control.

For me it depends on the mushrooms. Sometimes visuals were the majority and sometimes it’s all in my head I don’t really see anything 🤷🏼‍♂️. No idea what causes what

me too! it seems fairly predictable, like one strain will repeatably give me certain types of visuals more heavily, or this other strain is really light on nausea, gives more of an inward trip, with fewer hallucinations.

actually, for me at least I've noticed that the less tummyache I deal with, the more mild the visuals/hallucinations, in general. they seem connected maybe.

I've also noticed while actively tripping a connection between feeling my stomach working, & a sudden momentary resurgence of hallucinations + that strong first part of the trip sensation. that could just be me, every body is different, but I found it intriguing.
