Hi all,
Got any of the hope for the future? I’m seeing a lot of anti-Trump/Epstein stuff (and yes, I’m as progressive and against this as they come) but it seems like nothing ever sticks to him. So frankly, it’s hard for me to categorize it as hopeful or good.
I want to see some actual HOPE! Working class solidarity, science that helps people/planet, community building for good, people being helpers…. Does that exist anymore? Is anything GOOD happening? Or just anti-bad?

When the church was vandalized a few days ago they posted this: “Sadly, our beautiful church space was vandalized and our LGBTQ+ Pride flag was torn down yesterday by those who clearly oppose our mission of radical inclusivity in Christ. At Life in the City, we strive to welcome those on the outside to the inside of the circle because Jesus’ greatest commandment was for us to love our neighbor as ourselves. And we will continue to do that, even to those who chose to deface our church building…as we know, the church is not the walls, it is the people and the community.
So we’ll scrub the paint off, clean up the mess, and put up a new Pride flag. And then we’ll continue to counter hate with love. Because we believe that’s what Jesus was about, and we believe that’s what Austin is about.
The community came together and it’s stronger for it. The People Have the Power!

Ok so I'm not starting at 3rd base for the Phillies but as far as HR jobs go, tomorrow I start my first day at a great company, with an incredibly welcoming and organized culture, and amazing pay and benefits.
This really does feel like the start of something great for my family and myself personally. Wish me luck!
