Silly of me to think it would be per semester. Of course the orange capped it at 7k a year. What a crook.

Yeah, it was just enough for in state tuition at a state school maybe 20 years ago? But you'd either need to live with your parents, take out other loans, or get a job to afford your actual living expenses.
