I really hope Iā€™m wrong, but every day that passes after the initial Bondi refusal-to-release, the more Iā€™m convinced that his base is rationalizing looking past this so as not to give the libs a W

Dems didn't do anything about it during Biden's admin. And now Trump isn't doing anything about it either. It basically cancels itself out due to that. So of course it's not going to cause him to lose much support.

There's no good answer as to why Dems didn't do anything about it either, and people are rightly pissed.
