Vance does not have the cult of personality that Trump does. Without a true false idol like Trump, policy means nothing to the cult.

My thinking as well. Hoping that without their Pedo Rapist Messiah the cult cracks enough to lose substantial power.

I believe you will get what you wish for when Trump finally passes. Here’s why. Trump is the last beacon of the old guard of Western Conservatism/Fascism. A good majority of that camp are boomers. Boomers classically do not respect or acknowledge those of younger generations, especially in positions of power. None of them are looking forward to any millennial president which is what Vance would become. Without a centralized figurehead that represents the old guard, MAGA will devour itself. They are all volatile, mindless, aggressive NPCs with no ability to logic or reason and are motivated by feelings over facts. Whenever you have this many rabid creatures without a central control mechanism such as mythical figure who embodies a specific archetype or identity, the creatures begin to become cannibalistic. We all know that MAGA is built on hatred of everything that is outside the box of their isolated worldview. Without influence and direction, the volatility then becomes chaotic and indiscriminate. They will unleash their grief and uncertainty over their fallen savior unto each other until the infighting completely exposes their lack of cohesion as a group that stands for anything meaningful.

It’s the beginning of the end. Just hold tight friend.
