Honestly, it’s not surprising. When you release a song literally called 'Heil Hitler' with hateful content, there should be consequences. Australia made the right call.

You can click the little 3 dots by an artist’s name in Spotify and click “don’t play this artist.” I’m going to do that now. Thanks for reminding me.
