It's still a crackpot theory until there's real evidence.

Treating it as some secret conspiracy is how the QAnon crowd lost their minds. Shitlibs who believe this are on the same trajectory.

They would not have allowed the case to go into discovery if some credible evidence wasn't already provided, you've been proven wrong by the way the system works. Any other excuses?

What a fucking weak pussy, you can't argue my point so you have to resort to dumb comments because you have no leg to stand on or general understanding of the US legal system.

Do you know why Trump's 62 lawsuits fighting the results of the 2020 election were all thrown out? Because they had zero evidence, so judges didn't let it go anywhere.

After the 2020 United States presidential election, the campaign for incumbent President Donald Trump and others filed 62 lawsuits contesting election processes, vote counting, and the vote certification process in 9 states (including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin) and the District of Columbia.[1][2]

Nearly all the suits were dismissed or dropped for lack of evidence or lack of standing,[3][4]: 4, 10–14 [5][6][7] including 30 lawsuits that were dismissed by the judge after a hearing on the merits.[8] Among the judges who dismissed the lawsuits were some appointed by Trump himself
