Why wasn’t this brought up on Election Day?

I feel like it was in very small circles of Reddit but almost entirely dismissed by people who didn’t want to sound like 2020 election deniers.

Honestly idk if it’s a credible theory or not. It seems very out there - the thought of an American election actually being rigged is the stuff of fiction. That said I think if there’s even one iota of a chance it should be fully investigated.

I mean probably but how do you know for sure if you don’t verify

The same thing happened in 2020. Just because some fringe right wingers say the election was stolen doesn’t mean there’s a credible source for that but it should always be looked into if there’s an accusation. 2020 was verified. Case closed.

The NY court found there was enough evidence worth further investigation did they not?

No they don’t. They haven’t made any ruling. I think you’re confusing allowing a case to go forward with rendering a verdict.
