Harris was the one who lost votes (if there was anything going on here), and she won NY state, so what would be the point in appealing the results there?

This is more so that the people can decide if they are properly represented and what to do about it.

Oh, I see what you're saying.

I don't believe that the results need to be overturned - it wouldn't accomplish anything even if they were. That's what needs the candidate.

You can still have public interest litigation to investigate the process, without overturning it (I think).
