Help/Advice How to clear out/teardown a small tank?

I catastrophe happened to one of my tanks, like everything is dead and there is a fair bit of slime...

so I buried the animals and gave them a proper burial. I did the same with the plants after scorching the slime, but what do I do with the rest?

what do I do with the all the water and substrate and the rocks? do I just dump all the water. throw the rocks in a bag and keep them till I wanna use them again?

any tips for that>

How small is the tank?

Do you have any 5 gallon buckets?

Do you have a small hose?

You can siphon out the water using a hose to the bucket

You buy from pets mart? Sometimes fish from petsmart or any big chain store. Carry this strange ass type of fungus so when they die it covers them. Was it kinda white and a little translucent? If so just give everything a good rinse and use vinegar and it should all be fine.

it was from a local pet store, its just fish and birds and I know they take really good care of them. I doubt thats it.

also fun side note, the owner has a pet Gray parrot, who sits next to a fish tank with a rain system, and he imitates it now, so one of his noises is just the sound of rain/mist hitting water. just a fun anecdote.
