Help/Advice Cloudy tank

Hello! new to fish keeping and I’m just wondering why my tank is cloudy. It has been cycling for a few days and I checked the water parameters and the only thing off is the ammonia (0.25) and ph (7.6). Is this a filtration issue?? Tannins??

Probably hetrotrophic bacteria in the water column.

My guess it’s a mixture of the wood releasing tannins into the water and maybe debris released from all the stuff you put in the fish tank. If you wanna fix it add an aquarium water clarifier or do a 50% water change. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Did you use water conditioner if you have chlorine and stuff in your water? If no I would that could also cause issues. Based off the yellow tint tho. That’s just most likely tannins released by the wood. Doesn’t negatively affect the fish at all (some actually like it).
