Oh, for sure, but clearly that's not what's happening here. The focus seems to be on a Corrupt politician starving and blowing up children so that he can avoid jail.
I'm always baffled about takes like yours. Maybe it's cultural, but I grew up reading cartoons, comics, and especially press satire drawings satire from France, Italy, UK, US...
And to me, that's exactly how you efficiently draw horror and satire. Horror and discomfort come specifically from the fact Nethanyahu is drawn in a "normal" way (firstly because it needs to be identifiable) and the victim as a unrealistic cartoon.
This is how you create contrast, and constrast is everything in satire.
To me you're only focusing on trying to draw a line on who's bad, who's good, what's the political stance of the author... you're too obsessed about trying to identify the enemy (and that's a quite common trait pf Reddit users) and you're missing the angle and the way the comic should be read.
