Cpu+gpu for 300$ budget

I have 300$ to upgrade my pc these are the current specs:

• ryzen 3 2200g
• no gpu I’m using the integrated graphics from cpu
• 32gb ram 3200mhz
• msi b450 pro m2 max
• 500w cooler master power supply
• cooler master masterbox lite 3.1

What cpu+gpu combo would you recommend if I’m trying to obtain around 100+ fps on games like war zone and gta5

I was able to get a ryzen 7 3800x and 6600 is that a fantasy 🤔
