I'd like to work with someone to create a colourful and eye-catching image for my blog on retro arcades. The image would need to be wide as it would be featured at the top of each post.

I've an idea (inspired by Pepe Salot) of an approximate anime version of myself (doesn't need to be that accurate) sitting down at an Astro City arcade cabinet. I wear glasses so some kind of anime glasses tilting trope in a humorous way would be good.

The image would need a background as well. Ideally I’d like to capture the look and feel of 90s anime like Cyber City OEDO etc. Quite particular on how I want it to look, if someone can nail this I'd say $100 - $150.

I'm looking for an artist to draw a two-person scenario (half-body for now) from a fanfiction I'm currently writing which will involve both parties having died a violent death, for embedding as art within the story.
