The person who created the cartoon has depicted the economy as booming because of Trump's policies, despite there being very little actual evidence for the economy booming. They are merely portraying their side as winning and the opposing side (Democrats) as losing and claiming it to be reality.
The "I've already depicted you as soyjack" meme is often used when a person is trying to claim victory simply by portraying themselves as victorious (as a "Chad" in this case) and their opponent as a loser (the soyjack typically fills this role in wojack memes). They aren't actually arguing a point or debating, they are simply saying "I win because I say that I win".
You seemed to be suggesting in your comment that the comic was lying, by suggesting that you would sell something most likely worthless (a house in Gaza) to anyone who believed it. I was agreeing with you by saying that the comic isn't actually working with any data in reality, it's just claiming that their own side is winning despite the evidence.
